Alongside Solminator NFTs, we are introducing a unique utility token. Solminator Token ($EQUINOX) will be running on the Solana blockchain and will be the sourcing power of Solminator ecosystem and finance all the utilities. In essence, the token represents the currency of the Solminator ecosystem. It mainly serves three purposes.

* ***Digital voucher:*** *the $EQUINOX token will be the digital voucher usable within the digital ecosystem to purchase WL raffles, NFTs, accessories, consumables, and merchandise.*
* ***Governance features:** to promote community-oriented decentralized governance, $EQUINOX tokens will allow holders to propose and vote during DAO governance meetings to determine new features, upgrades, and/or parameters to the ecosystem or provide feedback. Voting weight will be calculated in proportion to the number of tokens held.*
* ***Staking features:** The network aims to reward active NFT holders. Hence, users that stake their NFTs or provide liquidity on other decentralized platforms in exchange for LP tokens (Liquidity Provider), will receive rewards in the form of $EQUINOX.*
